Mr. Ronald L. James has over thirty (30) years of General Contractor and Project Management experience in construction. As a proud Service Disabled Veteran, Mr. James has (10) years military experience in the U.S. Army, and he bestows this level of integrity, commitment and performance excellence to every project he undertakes. As principal owner he is responsible for, but not limited to, the following roles: business procurement and development, project integrity, financial performance; customer interface and customer satisfaction; subcontractor relations; estimating and pricing; negotiating and budgeting; scheduling; procurement; risk management; read/interpret floor plans, charts, work schedules, technical orders and contract specifications; quality control, environmental health and safety, and management of personnel resources and allocation.

  • Sandbridge, fifty-four (54) lot residential subdivision, including planning, development, zoning, construction, roadway and public utility installation, Elizabeth City, NC. Project value: $3M
  • Construction of two 20x200ft mezzanines, USCG Elizabeth City, NC. Project Value: $500K
  • Park Apartments, fire damage remediation, demolition, asbestos removal, Goldsboro, NC. Project Value: $150K
